”I’m not keeping you from work, or things… or anything, am I?” Anna knew he wasn’t exactly social, but she still worried she may be distracting him.
In response to her question, he shook his head– didn’t have work today, didn’t really have anyone else to hang out with. Not that he deemed himself unable to gain friendships.. just that he preferred not to get involved with people. Because relationships were troublesome– people lied, cheated, and always ended up leaving.
